I must say this Joe is turning out some very nice cooks with very little fuel needed. I like it! Loin chops marinated in olive oil, honey mustard and bourbon with a rub of Montreal.

All those pics are great! That first pic looks like a dreamy spot up in the north woods somewhere. Watch out, I hear Paul Bunyan can smell grilled pork chops from a hundred miles or more and isn't afraid to invite himself to dinner!
