I’ve been craving Chinese for about a week now! I fired up the Blackstone & made Pepper Steak. Marinated Skirt Steak in my Marinade with Ginger & Garlic. Cut up Veggies. Cooked both in some oil then combined & poured my Sauce over them. Oyster Sauce, Housin Sauce, Soy Sauce, Beef Broth, Ginger, Garlic, & Red Pepper Flakes. Served over Rice & added Egg Rolls
