Chinese Chicken Salad
2 cups cooked chicken, diced
1 cup celery, diced
1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup sour cream
1 (3 oz,) can chow mein noodles
Combine chicken, celery, almonds, oranges and salt Mix in sour cream. Refrigerate 1-2 hours. Serve over noodles. Serves 4
