Chicks 'n Brats...

Tonight i smoked some great seasoned chickenbreasts and brats with couple of unions and Heinz white beans on tomatosauce over applewood !

Homemade recipe for the chicken rub:
(I just put some herbs i had together)

* olive oil
* worchester sauce
* soy sauce
* tabasco

(Below all powder)
* black peper
* salt
* cayennepeper
* cumin
* cinnamon
* paprika
* union
* garlic
* lemongrass
* basil
* selery

Marinade in a sealed bag for several hours !

Yup the unions were a bit to firm. They needed some more time on the Q to be perfect. Next time haha.
