Chicken Willy + Plus a Surprise


 
Excellent post Bill. The chicken is nice but that stew is to kill for. I'm going hunting in a couple of weeks after a elk & a mule deer. If I get the deer, I will have to get that recipe from you. Just wondering do you shoot the deer you eat or do you buy it?

Russ I take, usually four or five deer a year. Among other things like Turkey, Grouse, Pheasant and various fresh and salt water fish.
This is the re heated Venison Stew from the CEO. It is always better after sitting in the fridge overnight and re heated
