Chicken thighs!!!!

Howdy folks...been under the weather for a couple days but hard to stay away! Just a quick chicken cook tonight! Little poultry rub on the thighs and some EVOO and sat in the fridge for a bit...then on with a bit of cherry indirect for a bit..

Over all pretty good stuff, would have been better soaked in some RSC juice for a bit...next time...the Beringer pinot I found at Costco and was a super good wine for being 7 bucks!

Were these the boneless thighs from Costco?

Chicken thighs on the grill are winning me over from the other parts of a bird.
They are so forgiving, have more flavor, and the fat renders out well when grilled.

...Bob..yep Costco boneless chicken thighs..I am digging them myself! They don't dry out as fast as the breasts!
