No formal recipe, just a very light sprinkling of Lawry's and then a moderate coating of lemon pepper. Grilled to 165 -170 over a mix of Kingsford Blue and Royal Oak Lump. they were very moist and the flavor from the open fire can't be beat. My wife and I ate half of them for supper and thinking the rest will make some great tacos tomorrow.
