Stopped by the butcher shop and picked up some nice, small chicken thighs. I marinated them for about two hours in AC Vinegar, Oil, salt and pepper. Also picked up a couple of artichokes at the local market here. Was going to grab them at Safeway the other night and they were $4.99 each. Passed them by. Here's the pic's.
Marinating.

Trimmed up the artichokes and oiled and sprinkled with chopped garlic. If you like artichokes, this is a good way to grill them.

Wrap them loosely in foil and cook indirect for about 45 minutes, depending on size of artichoke.

Pulled thighs out of marinade.

On direct over high heat for about 6 minutes, watching carefully and turning as necessary.

Until they look like this.

Slid them over to indirect heat, except for two stubborn ones that needed and extra minute, and cooked for another 4 minutes or so. Pulled at IT of 175.

All done.

Plated along with some Uncle Ben's finest!

Well, that's probably it for a few days. Thinking about doing a brisket and then possibly a pot roast or some beef short ribs. We'll see. Enjoy the Super Bowl everyone. Thanks for looking.
