Thighs and breast marinated in Spiceology margarita lime, added some ancho, cayenne and California red chili.

Love the color ancho chili gives. Which CA chili did you add in? Fresh and wet or a dried one?

And yeah, the weather was perfect today. And it’s only March 26th 🤗

I was going to do the al pastor recipe I did on pork a while back but damn I made a mess with that one. While on a mission for ancho chili powder I found that California red Chile powder bottle with it.

Food was great, weather was better.
