Have an creole injected bird with some baby reds going on the performer soon.
Hope it comes out as good as yours.

I hope your attempt to copy Barret's amazing bird comes out as good as mine did. He set a high bar for a beautiful bird, but the flavors he inspired are reachable. Still the best thing I have made on my WSM to this point. Good luck
