Found another gizmo that seems to work for helping indirect cooking of bird legs.

Bought a couple days ago but can't remember where? Seems the label said something about using for legs and chilies?

Works well. Added a heat diffuser under the rack.

I had one similar, be sure to spray it with Pam or similar, otherwise it discolors and people cringe when they see you using it

Yea, that is more for making poppers. Most leg hangers allow the legs to hang upside down.
