Chicken leg quarters with homemade Italian dressing

Looking tasty I would like some of tomorrows dinner as well.......
Yeah, cleanup is way overdue. I also need to design and install landscaping before the HOA figures out my number.

After we return from vacation in a few short weeks I’ll turn those pages and get a cracking.

The eggplant is for babaganoush. I’ll whip that up tonight as well.

dunno. pretty simple tho:

ACV
Red wine vinegar
water
neutral oil
sugar
fresh or dried minced garlic
italian herbs dried
oregano dried
celery seed (very small dash)
red pepper flakes
dried sumac (optional)
salt
black pepper

taste for profile - should be slightly sweet with an acid bite. more water will reduce the acidity.

combine all and shake it like a polaroid picture

dress across the chicken and marinate for 24-48 hours
