Steven that chicken looks awesome, hope you fine a marinade you like. There are lots of them in the Weber cook books, you might like to give that a try.

Thanks! Appreciate the comments and all the recipe Tips. I'm going shopping in a little while and I'm going to get some more. I didn't really mind the marinade the next day in fact I could barely taste anything but the smoke.

I made mostly chicken salad sammies with them and they were off the hook! That's one of my favorite sandwiches! I think if I use that marinade again I'll cut the vinegar in half like the suggestions. I hope I can get some pictures of this weekend's cooks up soon, luv pics!
