Simple cook, but it was good to fire up the grill. Everyone said it was very tasty and juicy.Marinated in Italian/Balsamic Vinagrette salad dressings. "Melted Onion" was tasty next to or ON the baked potato. Did the onion like a bloomin. topped with some butter, season-all, paprika, and brown sugar. Rather than letting it get crispy and soft, wrap in foil and let it melt down. Next time I'll use less butter, and it would be great on sausages or hot dogs as well.
