Haven't had much time lately and chicken seems to be all I get to cook anymore. Could be worse. Trying to do more grilling on my kettle since I got some cast iron grates. All the difference in the world. Here it goes.

Not trying to be the guy with his kids on the answering machine, I'm just jazzed that my 2yr old daughter loves BBQ! Jr arrives this summer! The young Jedi is near! Lmao...
One thing I have learned; 15-30 wings. On the grill. 30-60 wings on the ribolator. 65-70 wings plus on the WSM! The three different methods also have three different profiles. All of which are great. Still trying for a real cook soon. Thanks for looking.
