I don't see much on The VWB Forum about Chef Paul Prudhommes BBQ, Poultry, Redfish, Pork,Veal, Beef, Salmon etc etc Magic rubs? They are quick, easy and IMO are super good! What do you all think?
I'm from Louisiana and haved used them for years. Some of the best on the market. He is also one of the greatest men i have ever met. He has helped about 5 of his chefs open there own rest. That is unheard of.
