Cheap steak night

I found some top sirloin steaks in the freezer I got on sale from the Safeway discount isle a while ago.
This might be 5-6 dollars worth of meat and they are some of my favorite cuts.

Simple cook,
Some Weber seasoning that some one left here.
Reverse sear and that’s about it.

Big fan of top sirloin. I usually get them around 2-2.5lb range. They have great flavor. Your steaks look great.

Still got some left from the Safeway sale a few weeks back. At least one big 3/4" thick steak and a package of thin cut. Can't go wrong for $3.99/lb. They have some nice-looking chuck roasts at $3.49 this week for 8+pound packages. Picked up one (2 roasts) this AM and will be grinding one for burgers and the other one has Barbacoa written all over it
