I know that I've seen people doing charts of their cooking (Vent overture, temps, number of coals, etc) but can't remember where I have seen it. Could somebody help me....please;-)

Frederic, I started using one from Rib Stars and now I use one that I (my son)
made on our computer. It's just a standard spread sheet. I have columns for: time, temps (smoker upper, smoker lower, and meat) damper settings, mop, spray, and one for comments. On the top, I have what product we are cooking, and the date and weather. On the bottom, is a place to record what kind of rub, mop, spray, and wood we used on the cook. There is 25 lines or so on the sheet. Hope this helps.
