Change pit probe to use probe 1,2, or 3

Bryan... I'm using the new snapshot firmware tonight with the TC Pit Probe set to disabled and running the pit from the standard Food 1 probe... WORKING GREAT! Nice easy option to switch from TC to standard Pit Probe, I think it should be rolled into the next release for sure...

Anyone have any negative feedback about this? It worked in all my test cases but your results typically vary from mine

It worked flawlessly for me on the 24th. It truly saved the day!
