The California Barbeque Association (CBBQA) is presenting our next class on Saturday, September 9 at the Woodshed in Orange, CA (adjacent to Anaheim).
During this 7-hour class, students will learn advanced recipes and techniques from some of the best, award-winning pit masters from the CBBQA. Instructors will go into detail about selection, preparation, cooking and serving of some of BBQ’s best dishes, including:
• Slow-smoked beef brisket
• Southern-style pulled pork
• Smoked pork belly
• Sweet-brined pork loin
• BBQ Beef Ribs
• Basic sausage-making
• Seasonal dishes and more!
The class concludes with a hearty lunch consisting of the dishes made in class.
The CBBQA is a non-profit organization. Net proceeds from this class will benefit California children’s charities, emergency disaster relief efforts, first responders and active duty/veterans of the United States Armed Forces.
