Went to the Everett WA location last week..was impressed. Curious if anyone knows if they ever get Choice Briskets? Everyone was select, though all the other meat seemed to be choice.

Dennis
Cash and Carry select for brisket is the norm.
You also have MJ Meats in Lynnwood, would need to buy by the case but call ahead and they will get you what you want. MJ's carries American Kobe from Snake River Farms (two brisket per case). Select and choice brisket come in higher case counts.
MJ's phone number is 425-778-2712.

I moved from Everett, WA to Edmond, Ok the summer of 06 and MAN do I miss that Cash & Carry. The closest thing we have down her is Sam's, and in my opinion, they are not even close. I guess all I'm trying to say is... I'm jealous. Take care, fellas. (Try to stay afloat!)

MIke....I wished I known about this place sooner..lived here for like 9 years, and just found it. I am getting something from there to bbq overnight Sat for a 10AM Seahawks game Sunday.

Yeah, it's kinda tucked away down town a bit. I only found it after taking one of Konrad Haskin's classes. He really raved about them, and for good reason. They're great for more than just meat too. I've purchased cutting boards, food containers, knives, sharpeners, utensiles, charcoal, smoke wood... all kinds of stuff there. ...Crap... I miss that place even more than I thought. GO HAWKS!!

Hey Mike, welcome to Edmond..I live in Moore Ok. If you want the best briskets look up Cusacks meats, they are just south of downtown. Back in the day they use to be a regular meat market, now they sell the box steaks and stuff and ship world wide. I call in and speak to connie and order CAB briskets....the BEST briskets around. They also sell choice....but only the best stuff there. Sometimes CAB sometimes choice...I only can get what she can get when they order.

Dennis M, you could also try smart and final if they are available in your area. Besides a great meat selection there is a large selection of quality "working beers".

Dont think we have those up here d voecks.
Sounds like very similar to Cash and Carry.
A working beer sounds like a good idea.

Smart and Final bought out Cash and Carry some years ago but left Cash and Carry's name on the stores in the PNW.
