@Joan , I’ll be trying this version next. Basically a 1:1 ratio of ACV and apple juice as the base and then the seasonings. I think this version will lend to more balanced flavors versus a straight vinegar base that’s rounded with brown sugar and ketchup (I used SBRs for deeper flavor).
