Thanks for taking a look.....I had a couple other recipes I was taking a look at but used mostly your methods for the stages that I haven't really encountered before.....brine worked great for both the pork and the final sear on the pulled pork. I just kept adding the liquid portion while it was searing. Nothing in the brine was overpowering flavour wise it really is delicious, and thanks again for your tips. Having a few recipes and taking what makes the most sense between them all and making it the way you seem right was the key.
