Carne Asada Torta and Pozole

Beef was marinated in the juice of a large orange, med lime, tossed in the rinds of both in the bag, some roughly chopped cilantro and onion along with some Chef Meritos Carne Asada seasoning.

I bought a portable light box off of Woot a few years ago and forgot I had it and just recently found it. Here it is set up on my work bench in the garage and out of the way.
