Caribbean BBQ Chicken


 
Love the story Stuart! Very touching and somewhat familiar too. Mom was part of a large family and raised on a farm in Iowa so nothing too exotic as far as cuisine goes but, being a child of the great depression, she learned to stretch a buck until it cried. I can remember her always buying whatever was on sale and making great meals out of it. Moreso just before Dad's pay day. She lived to be 90 so we were lucky to have had the opportunity to learn a lot from her.
