Cardogs Salmon Question

HI everyone,

I am doing the cardogs salmon as described in cooking topics tomorrow and have a question. Since you leave the skin on the filet through the cook, what do you do with it prior to serving....Does it come off easy?

Any other advice on the recipe?

The salmon can be served skin-side down. It's easy to pull it off the skin bite-by-bite with your fork. The skin will be rather delicate after cooking.
