Well, that last butt was so good and I only got one sammich from the last smoke, (because the neighbors and family stopped by and devoured it) I decided to smoke another one. I won't be around most of the weekend. So, even though I gotta go in in the morning, I thought I set it, forget it and rely on the igrill alarms to wake me.
Instead of "rub some butt" this time , I'm using Memphis dust- which I love on about anything.
