Can't Find A Whole Brisket

I need a little help here. I don't know if it is the part of the country I live in (New Jersey), but I can not seem to find a whole brisket. I have looked in all of the major supermarkets and cosco and the largest I have found is 5lb. The butcher at Shoprite told me that you can not get a
whole brisket anymore and I know that this is not the case. So does anyone have any suggestions on where I should be looking? Thanks in advance for your help.
 
Go get the yellow pages and find a real butcher shop! Works well for me, never had any problems. Personal preference, but, I wouldn't buy my meat from the wholesale shops or supermarkets! Again, just my opinion!!

As long as you've got the Yellow Pages out, check "Meat - Wholesale". These are the folks that supply meat by the case to restaurants. You may be able to find one that will sell you a brisket or two over the counter if you ask really, really nice.
