At some point in the past, I posted about my weber gold series gasser making a popping noise. I've never done anything about it, but have become frustrated enough to call weber today. The first lady that answered was not helpful at all. I got lucky b/c after sitting on hold for 10 min, she cut me off. As frustrated as I was, I called back and got a guy named Michael. He as great. I was asked to clean the burners, which I did, but to no avail. Called him back and told him not only were they popping, but the flame went from a smooth blue to a flashing orange. He concluded it was the valve stems and/or regulator. He offered to send me all new valves, gas hose and regulator to make sure all possible causes were cured. Pkg is coming free of charge and is due to arrive fed ex within one weeek. Great svc from a great company. Of course, the problem isn't cured, but i feel confident this will solve the mystery, but regardless, felt like I was treated very well.

I can second that. Weber took good care of me recently. None of the run around trying to have something handled under warranty.

Weber is worth the money that we pay for it.

weber also treated me right recently also. Saw that the middle section of out of round and they sent a new one right away.

Great service. I rather pay more for a Weber than a charboil or other brand for the service.
