Looks great! Did you cook it out of the foil the whole way, or did you foil it during the cook?

I foiled it after I cooked it... Wife wasn't going to be home for a bit so I foiled it.

I liked the Cajun. But both were good. I chose the Cajun for me. Injected with Cajun and cayenne pepper seasonings.
