You got that right. Since I haven't grilled in a while I had to purchase all my accessories also. The only thing I need yet it is a grate cleaning brush. Still going back and forth on that one. Bristle or the kind that scrape the grate rods.

Warren, I use a wooden scraper for when it only needs a light touch up because it is faster. My homemade Chargon type rod scraper comes out for the heavy stuff.

I am in Canada and buy from a local craftsman so probably no help there. He makes them out of cedar which is quite soft but is good for enamelled grates. I use them on SS too. I see hardwood ones which might be better but have not tried them. Maybe someone else who has used them can chime in.
