Well im not going to write "pudding" this time. but its the same as my cabbadge pudding.
But the thing this time is that Emilie did it all,(photo, food, grilling, plating) witch was great but she dident got a grill pic.(so i will add an old one just for the feel) An old friend showed up when the grill was just lit...And he stayed over for dinner(and a few brews..So i dont blame her)

ok here we go:

Meat mix: Pork/beef ground(50/50),1 egg,milk,onion,salt/pepper.

Cabbage: Fry the sliced cabbage with,butter,sirup,salt/pepper...untill soft(with a bite)

Built it like an lasanga = Cabbage --> Meat ---> Cabbage(individual servings like this or make a full family pan)

The lost pic:

Served...Lingonberry jam/carrot,sacue,taters.

A great meal 4 sure! All cred goes to Emilie!

Thanks for stopping by Gents/gals!

Oh wow!! That looks fantastic! I would really like to try that. And the presentation / photos are awesome as always. Great job, Emilie!!! (And great post Daniel)..!!!

The pork-cabbage casserole sounds very traditional; homey and delicious. I'd love to try it. Emilie did a super job. You and your boys are a lucky family!

honestly, quit your regular job and open Emilie's Kitchen or Daniel's Dining!
The way you two cook is absolutely AMAZING!!
The photography is SPENDID!!
Folks may not wait in line like Texas BBQ joints, but I'll bet mamma's paycheck, all your tables would be filled at night and you'll hafta turn more away

That's incredible, Daniel. Emilie did an amazing job photographing while she cooked - my better pics always come when Erin takes pictures while I cook or vice versa.

What is the syrup that goes in with the cabbage? I might have to try this.

This is just a cheap normal like baking sirup. Nothing fancy. We can get it in the different darkness/caramelization stages(used a light one for this)

Just remember to cook the cabbage on low/medium heat.

And Emilie thank you all for the nice words. :o

Beautiful cook, beautiful photos, beautiful presentation from a beautiful couple! Quite an enjoyable read, thanks Daniel and Emilie!

There's only a few active contributors who play with depth of field.
I'm not (unfortunately).
Well, the photos are out of this world and the food is the same song.
I love cabbage and in this design ... I'm drooling.
Great cook E & D. I applaud you.
