We looked at something similar at Discovery Bay but it’s just too much of a commute. So much house for the money though.

My son just bought a place in Discovery Bay. His only complaint is that the water is bad. Even after filtering it, it’s still undrinkable. He ended up getting Alhambra Water delivery service. That would be a huge weather change for you, your where the weather never changes, it changes substantially here
