Well, more like one butt in pieces.
Lazy Sunday morning, pork butt mostly thawed, one more cup of Joe to decide what to do with my butt, see T-Storm warnings scroll across the tv screen, decide to debone it and go from there.
This calls for Bob the Butcher!!
Deboned, cut some pieces for the grill, and a roast for later this week:
On the grill with water pan, char-baskets, TJ/Rancher coal, and apple wood:
Time to kick back with a Bloody Caesar:
and practice taking pics with my new camera:
Our son was about done with eatin' weeds:
when I gave the "Come and Get It" call, and started un-grilling the food:
No plated shots, I was about shot from celebrating the Cards come from behind win to put a 4 game sweep on the Dodgers, and regain 1st place!
Good game, good drinks, good food,
it's all good!
