Butterfly Chicken on Performer (Pics)

Took 2 hrs but was worth it. Meat turned out juicy and tender.

I think i needed to cook at higher temp though. It was 300F the first half of the time and around 350 the second half.

Think it needed a bit more time but it was ok though in terms of doneness.

Wow, your chicken looks great! I have been using the rotisserie for chicken lately but I cannot get the skin crispy. What did you marinate the chicken with?

Marinated with salt & pepper, sun dried tomato salad dressing (a bit) and rubbed with oil before adding to grill.

I use a heavy pan instead of bricks. Really neat. fast also
