Has anyone used the the BRITU recipe on butt roasts? I've really like the flavor of the rub on baby backs, but I'm not sure how it will come out on a roast. Seems like it should be OK, but if anyone has tried it let me know how they it came out. I tried the mustard slathered roast and it was Ok, but the wife didn't like the flavor nearly as much as the Britu ribs, so I'm looking for something a little less spicy and a little sweeter.
