My 2 butts looked great as I pulled them off and wrapped them. Went to inlaws and the first 10# butt went fast! Went to pull apart the second on...what a mess! Must have been full of blood. Looks like it was cooked all through the meet in the middle. Cut it out and went on a "salvage" mission. After all the butts I have done, this is the first one I have found like this. Glad I had 2 of them done.
