That helps! There is a butcher in Springfield right off of Franconia/Old Keene Mill Road. I believe the name is Springfield Butcher. When I lived in the area I used to use them, but have not since. However I have a buddy still in the area that uses them and is pleased.
If you want to head a little further out towards me, there is Wilsons Farm Market in Catlett and Fauquier Country Butcher in Bealeton, both are good. If you plan on visiting either, let me know and maybe we can meet for a cold one or a BBQ Sammich!
