I did the dr bbq version of burnt ends last night with a leftover point. Reheated 2 hrs @ 250 then chopped up the point and put it in a foil pan with a 1/2 cup bbq sauce (I like cattlemans), 1/3 cup honey, 1/3 cup water, and a beef bullion cube. Simmer on the gasser in the foil pan til thick about 30 min. And it nade awesome bbq sandwiches. The veggies were good too. Those I foiled the top of the foil pan and ran the grill at 400 did indirect for an hour then uncovered and turned down the heat for direct 30 min while I simmered the burnt ends.

Sounds great. I have Dr. BBQ's book, but I haven't made his burnt ends yet.

Pics aren't working though.

Fixed the pics.
By the time it hit the plate my hands were covered in sauce and I was gobbling it down.

I also added a tbsp spicy brown mustard to the bbq sauce. I like flipping thru bbq books to get inspired before I go digging in the freezer or head to towards the meat man.
