Can someone please summarize the process of making burnt ends with the point of the brisket? I have made a few briskets, but never tried burnt ends. I am sure there are several threads on here, but I didn't search for them.
all I do is smoke the whole brisket. ( of course a packer) until the flat is done. Then let cool slightly and seperate the 2 pieces. Put the point back on the smoker another 2 hours or so, then cube it up and put it all in a pan with sauce and a little more wood on the fire for a couple hours till you are happy! extra smoky and good!
