Burner control valve acre head stripped

I have a Weber Genesis 3000. I attempted to disassemble my burner control valves, and clean/lube them. All of the screw heads are stripped.
any ideas on getting them out, and what the screw size is to replace them?

Might want to invest in better screw drivers as well
