Burgers by the non-burger guy

Truth be told I am not a big burger fan. But my oldest son is...and usually he takes charge but tonight he was not interested.
85% Chuck is my preferred meat for burgers.
Uses Royal Oak lump which I have been hanging on to for just this sort of cook!
Thank goodness the kids like onions and I did a different “bun” using Hawaiian bread grilled very crisp!
This Tedeschi/Trucks tune is great for some relaxing cooking!
For me burgers are a lot more work than meets the eye but these turned out pretty well!

I like burgers, have not done them in a while, might have to do them sometime this week.
Has anyone tried “Wahlburger” patties? My wife’s son says they are pretty amazing. Seems like four bucks a patty is pretty stiff.
