burgers and my new toy
Picked it up at regular price but 15% went back onto a gift card so I was able to get the cover for free. Wow, love this bbq. It was a high price tag but no regrets!
Now onto the burgers: Onion and garlic powder, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and shredded cheese. I use cheese as a bind instead of egg or onions. I try to make more surface area, instead of thicker; leave them in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. I find they set nicer if they are in the fridge longer and the thinner they are, the less they will burn.
My wife likes small burgers with a char(we are Canadian and she doesn't t appreciate a medium burger)
