This is only the second week since early Febuarary that the cooker has set there lonely and unused. Next weekend is a no-go too. I gotta have some pork. Duncan says "Dad why didn't wee smoke something this weekend?" I told him if we had to go to the mountains next weekend that we would'nt either. His reply was "Well we (him & I) could stay home". Got to love the kid.

How do you cook that sliced butt. see it all the time at groceries around here. Always cook butts though.
