Decided to get the old smoker out and cook some grub. The thighs and breasts with some Penzey's Forward on and the fattie was infused with sage, mozzarella cheese, spicy Worcestershire.

Thighs and fattie was wonderfully excellent. For some reason the breasts seemed overly smokey. Weird, everything went on at the same time and the thighs were even on a little longer when I seared them? I also brined all the chicken in same brine at same time....any ideas, because those breasts were VERY smokey?

I love that buffalo recipe..excellent, excellent, excellent.

Great looking meal Wayne! For some reason I tend to have the same problem with breasts. Maybe it is because the breasts are more delicate then the thighs and wings? Don't know I will leave this one to the BBQ Gurus on this board.

Looks great to me Mike. The breasts may have taken longer to get up to temperature and taken on more smoke flavor than the smaller pieces.
