"Buffalo style" ribs...

I really liked the wing sauce I used last week. Had a good flavor and it caramelized nice. I was debating trying it on some baby backs. Though I would be adding some brown sugar to sweeten it up some and a couple more changes. But would use this recipe as a base. So has anyone else here ever tried wing sauce on ribs?

3 Tbsp butter, melted
4 Tbsp bottled hot pepper sauce (Frank's Original)
1 Tbsp paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp granulated garlic
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Actually my grandmother had a similar recipe she used back when i was a kid for big pork roasts.

My family grew tobacco so there was growers from the Carolinas that would come up. The sauce was basically a mix of a lousiana hot sauce, butter, ketchup and spices.

We kept it thin and served on a bun.. tasted good on pork in my mind.

Just take pictures and share the love with us. And I will send you my shipping address if you need some BBQ quality assurance tasting... I mean testing!
