Buffalo Ribs?

Saw some buffalo ribs at a specialty market last week. Has anyone tried them on the WSM? I am thinking they're similar to beef ribs but a bit more lean? Thanks for your input.
 
I have not cooked them on a WSM but I've cooked them many times. They are much leaner than beef ribs. Cook at a lower temp, consider foiling during the cook, and test for doneness with a probe. They should finish in less time than similarly sized beef ribs.

I much prefer them to beef ribs.
