Bill, we will have to give that buffalo burger a try soon. Probably mix it with some 80/20 beef. I think that will make it flavorful & juicy. Nice post.

Thanks Russ but I would offer this thought, the Bison is a delicious and subtle flavor and is distinct. I would cook it as is cause I think the addition of beef and beef fat will basically eliminate that taste. Just a thought, I may be wrong
