Bucket List BBQ joints

Anyone have any bucket list BBQ joints? I'm wanting to check out Snow's in Lexington, TX and maybe all the places in Lockhart. I'd also love to got to the Skylight Inn in North Carolina. Maybe Rendezvous in Memphis.

I've told SWMBO that we need to go to Austin for Franklin's and all the ones in Lockhart. I'd also like to go to KC and see what's cooking out that way!

Maybe Rendezvous in Memphis.

I have done the big BBQ places in Memphis. I went to school an hour away from Memphis and have done Redezvous at least 3 times. Corkys and Germantown Commissary are also some good joints. I didn't actually go to Germantown Commissary to be honest I was in a good buddies wedding and they catered his rehearsal dinner. BBQ and Blues on Beal street is fun.

I want to hit Austin hard. Franklins etc

I've been to Franklin and it was awesome and I hit Louis Mueller over in Taylor which in some ways I liked even more. It's seems like all the best places are in Austin or 1 hr. Away from there. I think I'm going to hit Snows next weekend and maybe LA Barbecue in Austin if I'm not bbqed out.
