I'm prepering for my first smoking session on my WSM and am going to do BRITU on Pork Loin back ribs, but I also picked up some Beef Back Ribs. Will BRITU work for Beef ribs also?

BRITU will get you there. I cook beef ribs in the same manner as pork ribs. It is hard to screw them up.
I typically use Yum Yum Steak Seasoning and use a different type of glaze instead of BBQ sauce. My favorite is jalepeno jelly.
