J JRPfeff TVWBB Guru Jul 14, 2006 #3 Craig, BRITU will get you there. I cook beef ribs in the same manner as pork ribs. It is hard to screw them up. I typically use Yum Yum Steak Seasoning and use a different type of glaze instead of BBQ sauce. My favorite is jalepeno jelly. Jim
